RISK FREE BOOKINGS, CANCEL FOR ANY REASON BETWEEN 60-2 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL
We are now protected by Master Cancel, which removes the stress and worry from booking your next holiday. You can cancel up to and including 2 days before the check in date. Master Cancel’s flexible terms & conditions allow you to book with confidence knowing that if you cancel for unforeseen circumstances (including Covid or lockdown), we will refund you in full. However Master Cancel Terms and Conditions stipulate that a 25% deposit must have been made in order for the booking to qualify.
Bookings placed direct with us have Cancellation Protection cover under our Master Cancel Policy if you cancel between 60 days and 2 days prior to arrival. Please note that from 3rd September 2020 direct bookings only are available (by our own website or by phone). Bookings previously placed through our Agents for the 2020 and 2021 season are not covered by Master Cancel.
Cancellations by you: Any notice that you wish to cancel your stay with us must be in writing and sent via email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org from the same email address that was used to make the original booking.
- If you cancel your booking between 2 and 60 days before arrival, we have cancellation insurance cover in place, meaning that we shall refund 100% of any accommodation costs paid by you to us. We will process payment on the date of your originally intended departure.
- If you cancel on the date of arrival or 1 day before your intended arrival date you will not be eligible for any refund. For example, if you were due to arrive on Friday, you could cancel the prior Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, but NOT on Thursday or Friday. In such circumstances, you remain liable for the full amount.
Please note that you shall not be entitled to a refund if your cancellation is the result of war, civil war, invasion of foreign enemies, war-like activities (whether or not there is an actual declaration of war), rebellion, insurrection, civil commotion arising to the level of an uprising, military or usurped power; acts of terrorism committed for political, religious, ideological, or similar purposes; or actions intended to prevent any of the above.
Refund Payments (ie: deposits) for cancelled bookings 61 days or more before check in date will be released to the cancelling guest within 5 days of when the cancellation is made.
Under the Master Cancel Policy we will Refund Payments in full for cancelled bookings from 60 days up to and including 2 days before check in date – they will be released back to the cancelling guest on the scheduled date of check-out of the original booking.
Cancellations made 1 day prior to or on the day of check-in will not be eligible for refund. Example: For a check in on Friday, Guests could cancel the prior Sunday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, but not Thursday (1 day prior) or Friday (day of check in).
Cancellation by us: Your booking will not normally be cancelled by us, the property owners, except in exceptional circumstances. Notification will be given for the cancellation as soon as possible. We reserve the right to cancel any booking in our absolute discretion and without reason at any time. In all circumstances of our cancellation, we will promptly refund all payments made by you to us and our liability for cancellation will be limited to payments made by you to us.
